Newbold Verdon Parish Council now have 3 casual vacancies.
If you are aged 18 years or over, have lived or worked in the parish (or within 3 miles of the parish boundary) for 12 months or more, you are eligible to apply.
We need members of the public to come forward to fill these roles and are hopeful we will have enough applicants to co-opt new members at the next Ordinary Meeting.

This year, we will be holding the Annual Parish Meeting in person at the community pavilion on Alans Way.
All residents are welcome to attend and it commences at 7pm on Monday 16th May, including light refreshments.
Come along and find out what the Parish Council do, provide and meet your Councillors and local organisations.

Due to illness, the council meeting which was due to be held last night was cancelled, but has now been moved to Monday 13th December at 7pm, at the Sports Pavilion.The agenda can be downloaded from the Parish Council website, using the lefthand menu and Agenda and Minutes.

You may already be aware that the Parish Council have installed brand new outdoor adult gym equipment at Dragon Lane recreation ground.Council were only able to achieve this project with the help of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and their generous grant funding scheme.We have already received reports that it has been well received by members of the local community and is also being well used.There...
